The data subject’s consent and, where applicable, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for the legally required periods. CVs are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties unless legally required. Service providers (hosting, email) act as data processors.
